Join us as we delve deeper into keys aspects of Heather's Latest book 'Soul Essentials'. It will be a fun and empowering afternoon shared with like minded women.
- We will be learning techniques to help shift past patterns & break down conditioning
- We will be enjoying meditation and sound healing journey using crystal singing bowls to assist in balancing the chakras
- We will learn about the importance of an empowering movement practice
- We will also be incorporating womb healing & breathwork techniques to bring about transformation
- All levels welcomed and encouraged
