Our Silent Disco Dance Party is one not to be missed. A silent disco offers a refreshing and innovative way to enjoy music and dancing, often leaving attendees with a sense of enjoyment, comfort, and connection.
- Join us for an evening of dancing to popular tunes
- Using movement to release any energetic blocks within our physical bodies
- This will be the perfect space to liberate yourself from your ego (lower self)
- We will finish off with a transformational guided meditation & sound healing to assist this liberating process
