Our RNR event is a slow-moving yoga class designed to heal the mind, body and spirit. We blend the ancient practice of yoga with a transformative sound healing journey, leaving you feeling deeply rejuvenated, nourished and restored.
- We will be using longer held poses with props to help the body to surrender and release into the moment
- We will be including a sound healing journey using crystal singing bowls to assist in balancing the chakras
- This will be the perfect space to renew, restore and unwind
- We will also be incorporating other powerful sound healing instruments to assist the transformational process
- All levels welcomed and encouraged
